GERYON SOUND

PHILOSOPHY

GERYON is concerned with how sound endures.

It works from the premise that recording is not a secondary act, but a formative one that determines how music survives beyond its original conditions.

GERYON engages recording, mixing, mastering, and sound design as interdependent practices, shaped by close listening, spatial awareness, aesthetic restraint, and a forward-looking approach to sound. Its goal is not to embellish the music, but to reveal it with intention and precision.

Time, space, and material reality become collaborators. Whether in studios or lived acoustic spaces, each project is approached as a document with lasting consequence.

GERYON favors work that resists disposability. Work that requires attention, patience, and care, and rewards them in return.
